World Vision is a Christian-based humanitarian aid agency, currently working in 100 countries and helping over 80 million people in their struggle against poverty, war or natural catastrophes. Through its more than 5,000 projects throughout the world, World Vision helps save lives, bring hope, build a sustainable and stable future and restore dignity to people in need irrespective of their gender, ethnic background, nationality or religion.

Children have always been the special focus of World Vision's work because they are often the innocent victims as well as the ones to whom the future belongs. Often poor families cannot offer their children proper nutrition and education, so the children grow up in poverty and in turn bring up malnourished and poorly educated children of their own. This vicious cycle must be broken.

The organiser of The 2nd. Asia Pacific/ Malaysia Honesty Enterprise Keris Award 2003 is sponsoring 20 children on behalf of the winners.
